Cape Town flat has everything these two fashonistas ever wanted

The fact that Mathew and Melissa Kieser’s charming two-bedroom, 80-square-metre apartment in Sea Point needed no alteration – bar a fresh coat of white wall paint – was a serious advantage in this tight house market. They instantly fell in love with the 1920s Art-Deco heritage building.
